I don’t see any mounting points for water bottles.   Did they not consider that?    Looks like I’ll need to configure some kind of mount on that down tube.

I found these on VeloOrange these mount to the seat tube which I measured at 32mm but my instrument is a cheap plastic device for beads.

Confirmed these hinged bottle cage clamps fit the seat tube.  They look good doing it to. 
They even include a short bolt to mount the cage.
